  never a big fan of the evil dead films but this one was a breath of fresh air. visually enthralling and omg mother was mothering. she was absolutely terrifying but even if i don't love religious horror (aka demons) i think the fact that it possesses "real people" makes it much better. i love horror antagonists that are REAL and not just otherworldly ghosts, ghouls & monsters! anyways if you're a horror fan WATCH THIS. WATCH IT NOW.

  didn't i just watch this last month with sydney sweeney in it?

  biased because i'm so bored of religious horror and never watched any of "the omens". only semi-interesting part is toward the end but holy hell (haha religious joke) it is not worth it. seems like a completely unnecessary prequel to me! just direct people to watch Immaculate next time and say "imagine this but in the omen universe".

  i never watch a movie twice but i've seen this one like five times now and catch something new everytime. HIGHLY recommend rewatching on amazon prime with the random facts & trivia for each scene.
  instant classic, no skips, must watch. and PAY ATTENTION!

  TLDR; a movie that caters to men while making fun of them? period.
