Unintentional double feature this week with Jojo Rabbit - Jojo was awful for many reasons but a glaring one being that a quirky Wes Anderson pastiche about Nazis just felt wrong.

Confused, decadent, pretty true auteur creation. Authentically stupid. Real movie. Brilliant
Incredible experimental Iranian doc/film hybrid with a lot to say about cinema, Iranian society, insecurities, and the director himself. Very funny in an absurd way at times. One of the most unique and well executed structures I've seen in a film. Also makes me hope to be able to visit Tehran in my lifetime
It might be racist and self indulgent but the leads are just so damn charismatic
