Not exactly a review, but I am curious to watch this movie, especially for what is essentially about probably one of my three personal most hated presidents in US history. Hope that the movie covers about that one time Bush forced to get elections happening in Gaza and ended up allowing that way for Hamas to win, essentially intensifying the Arab Palestinian genocide and kick-starting everything that happened that lead to the ongoing siege in the Gaza strip. I will be laughing my ass with this fucker.

Besides the most mindfuck levels of artistic presentation (which is the only noteworthy positive), Megalopolis is literally just about a generic Neoliberal who dreams of a generic Neolib/centrist utopia and a cringe "I hate progress and basically anything new" conservative politically fighting about society, all while a bunch of side-character morons take advantage of the situation for their own goals. And it's supposed to be Coppola's Magnus Opus (the same guy whose movies declined after The Godfather and Apocalypse Now, going for visual spectacles over substance and storytelling). Yeah, I ain't digging it.
