We took pictures, my mom and I a bit more obviously invested in the campiness of it and my sister a bit more obviously dragging her heels to join us.   My deeply religious rural grandparents had like 5 records and only 2 VHS tapes in their home in the time I knew them. The 2 VHS were Walk the Line and My Big Fat Greek Wedding, which were objectively the most obscure in opposition and in lack of any sort of cultural relevance to my Irish and Eastern European grandparents.   I want to make out with so many people. The cinematographer, the editor, the art director, 2007 Cillian Murphy, the sun in general, 2007 Michelle Yeoh.... I don't want to make out with the writer. I've read a few thought pieces on this film and why it's an underrated masterpiece. Wouldn't kiss the writing. Would sit across from the writing in a coffee shop wearing some kind of fur at most.
  Regardless, it has not stopped me from mentioning it to several of my coworkers, of whom can only smile gently at me so many times in a day.
