This is marked as a thriller. But as a former catholic this is actually a comedy. Also it’s a great analogue for American political parties. Aldo this spineless individual who only cares about the institution even at the expanse of his own “ideals.” Barely even capable enough to fight against a reactionary like Tedesco.

Communism was just a red herring
Just got out and WOW, definitely didn’t expect what I saw. While I thought parts of the backend of act 2 were a bit rough pacing wise, it’s definitely a wild film with a lot of jaw dropping moments.
They literally don’t make movies like this anymore.
I don’t expect this film to be getting a lot of super positive reception. It’s very weird at moments, has campy scenes, odd dialogue, some wacky visual moments, and a lot of unexpected…
