  dam that final "im still standing" song is so good. watched on the way back home from a tournament. the movie got all the girls singing (and the coaches too ngl).

  yea i completely forgot what this movie was about or when i even watched it for the first time... but damn this shits funny. could be the tiredness from the clinic td but they got some golden scenes (the sound effects in the flashback dancing scene)

  -started off strong n great, got me invested.
  -got lost in the middle of the film when the movies itself got lost. lost in stylistic choices to stand out, and lost in montages that lead to.. another transition. 
  -i hoped for more in the end. wanted a more clean wrap up perhaps on some lost plot. (wished for more expansion on the <suppoded> gay awakening, the professor get-back, and self discovery).

  i actually adored this movie so much. if you gave it a bad review,, you reviewed wrong. (note: i am unsure if the movie i watched was the og version, or if it could have been cut in some way. EDIT: i am confident in that the ages of the characters weren't stated. but alluded to. AND ALSO there's an alternate ending that i am satisfied with)
