I was privileged enough to experience this at the Sharjah Biennial ‘25 thanks to Megan Tamati-Quennell.
So abstract that each viewing is different (I watched it 4 times and took something different away each time)
Static (the closest thing i can relate it to) accompanied by this gorgeous stretched sample soundtrack. Feels like going through waves of grief, watching the static is akin to cloud gazing, seeing silhouettes and shadows of memories in each form the static takes
The most powerful and beautiful artwork i’ve seen in a long time and such a touching tribute to a friend.

I Am Hymns of the New Temples 2024
I was lucky enough to see this at Sharjah Biennial ‘25 thanks to Zeynep Oz.
The story is classic Greek/Mediterranean (?) mythos told through these life sized puppet costumes donned by actors. Deformed faces, ventriloquist mouths and rhythmic dancing movements make for a strange and alluring visual.
I love the soundtrack, symphony and beautifully sung.
