After poor things I thought that lanthimos style would be too weird and strange for me to actually enjoy and that’s why I’ve kind of kept his work off the top of my watchlist but this film completely changed my mind on him as a director, yes this film is out there and the concept is extremely eccentric but it works so well in making the out there concept seem really possible and the story overall really grounded.
