This movie is so interesting, Pansy’s unresolved mental health issues being her “hard truth” and her inability to realise how she’s effecting all those around her. She’s constantly worrying her sister, her husband feels alone, her berating of her son and her nieces. Even outside of her family circle, she is incapable of enjoying life - which is expressed in her language of people outside her household.
I did feel bad for Pansy, her believing that everyone hates her truly…
