  Conventional and staid retelling. Only Lily Gladstone outsold. Frustratingly her character was too much of a cipher. Why they didn’t just lean into her point of view is beyond me. She almost disappears in the last act until the coda. Leo was almost parodic in this one. This better not be Marty’s swan song.
