Bend It Like Beckham 2002
Really thought this was a queer movie, coming of age lesbian romance kinda vibe. The coach caught me so off guard especially both of them having a crush on him tad disappointing he also freaks me out a little, just a bit intense and slightly jarring. Still a grand movie with some interesting cultural, gender and social commentary for a 'chick flick' if you will.

One of the most visually stunning films I’ve ever watched every scene and shot feels like a work of art. Reads like poetry. The story is dense and complex but feels airy and delicate in the vastness of its setting. So many conflicting characters, morals, ideals and ways of life at play and to watch it all unfold in such a theatrical delivery by the characters I actually have so much to say but I’m so sick and need to watch again
