  after the first movie i wasn’t really expecting much but this one was better than the first. some scenes actually chilled me. the ending was a cool twist too. acting was good, just good, nothing spectacular.

  people say this movie is boring because it’s just continuous talking but i personally think that’s what made this movie great. if you really listen to what he’s saying that is. hugh grant’s acting was amazing, and his character was so interesting. i also really liked the two main characters and it was unique for the main characters to be these kind, religious girls. the plot twist at the end of the movie surprised me and my boyfriend when we went to watch it in cinemas. i’d watch it again. A24 never fails to impress me.

  it’s good! the acting is great and the message is very true regarding today’s perfectionistic view of women. i couldn’t really get hooked by the ending of the movie however.
