  Whish this was a bit more stylized like hero, like the black and white color pallete wasnt used as much as i would have hoped. i was hoping for the live action equivalent of that one samurai jack epsiode, you know... the best one... too much talking not enough fighting but what fighting there is is good enough to justify it

  Probably not good for my wanining attention span but lots of fun, and I'd rather a movie try too hard than not enough
  Some scenes I wish played out longer and some others felt unnecessary

  every once in a while there's a blip of life but then it's quickly followed by long period of nothing, and I guess I wasn't in the mood for a movie talking about how nothing makes sense and matters. The best part was the end credits with freight train, and I don't mean that in a bad way, it was something that seemed to barely complete the film and had an actual emotional sincerity to it, just wish it was…

  I could only think of woody Allen when watching the school teacher romance story. It felt like a self insert where every character is so blatantly evil and then you have the wet blanket main character who has a heart of gold 🤢

  It was a pretty movie but idk if I agree with the mean spirit of the it. It felt like a strawman argument against religion and rural communities. Like at one point the baroness is saying "I'm tired of the brutality and murder and appathy of where we live... I'm moving to the city" bitch wtf, this ain't a comedy
