you know what like yeah… I liked this a lot more than I thought and i felt so compelled… honestly the whole “robots overtaking humanity” thing is so overdone but this felt subversive and original and like it had poignant commentary on gender roles and how men treat women. idk just overall, really truly well done. Sophie Thatcher was incredible as Iris as well. (Also the fact that Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls was playing while Josh was getting her and realizing that that’s why he named her iris was so funny)

Hailee Steinfeld’s character somehow managed to sibling hop, homie hop, and also like get with her almost step-brother all at the same time in this movie which I feel is insane and should be pointed out.
this movie somehow had way too much and way too little going on plot-wise all at the same time like bro idk where anyone is at any time or what the next move is but not in a good way in a like it…
