This was an incredibly interesting movie. It was very satirical however still hit all of those offensive stereotypes in a very real way. It was obviously criticizing right-wing conservatives and the conservatives in Congress, but still had a very one dimensional view of queer people. It was made in 1996 so i understand why there is that stereotype of a gay couple being basically like a straight couple with one partner being almost woman-like. The actors played the roles beautifully…
