  Extra half star for the cinematography & the ending

  Overall a fine movie but it lacked a general palpable substance. I, more than anyone, love a movie about nothing. But if you’re going to make an erotic thriller with comedic elements then goddamnit make the fucking erotic thriller. You have a man slurping tub water cum, period blood, and cigarettes-after-sex style fucking a gravesite…..give me more. I can tell Emerald knew what she was doing during the Jacob Elordi fan cam…

  Paul Thomas Anderson you magnificent son of a bitch. THEMES BABY THEMES!! Freud thinks about this movie and smiles. English teachers think about this movie and have to change their pants. It’s not basic it’s classic…the Goodfellas structure at its finest. PTA must have a 100% score for rope bunny on the BDSM test because these plot lines are ALL TIED UP!
