Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was a WILD movie that went places I really didn’t anticipate. The trailers did a good job of not showing their hand. It is very Sam Raimi. It’s got his campy style, it’s got his freaky horror, it’s a really interesting time. There was one scene that made me audibly gasp with its brutality. I really want to see it again.

The Northman 2022
The Northman was absolutely fucking awesome. Robert Eggers has absolutely slain it yet again with his best film yet. It’s gorgeous. It’s brutal. It’s INTENSE. The credits rolled with goosebumps riddling my arms and legs. It was so damn awesome. I want to go to Iceland so bad, holy shit. I need to see this one again. Soon. If you like Vikings, Iceland, or really awesome artsy movies: go see it.

Uncharted 2022
Having next-to-no experience with the Uncharted games, I gotta say I really enjoyed the movie.
The cinematography was well done. The big action set pieces were spectacular, and I hope they did justice to the games. I enjoyed seeing Tom Holland as someone other than Spider-Man, though it wasn’t far off. Mark Wahlberg was Mark Wahlberg, as anticipated, but it sorta worked for me.
I had a fun time. Makes me really want to play the games.

Jackass Forever 2022
Jackass Forever was immensely hilarious and entertaining. After the first half hour, my mask was soaked with tears from laughing so hard.
I wonder if that movie set a record for the sheer quantity of screen time given to dicks, ballsacks, and buttholes. While disgusting to watch, simultaneously hilarious.
Not my favorite of the Jackass films, but still very enjoyable.
