Wow, what a fantastic film. There is something special for me on the specific genre of a prison film, that just hits a little different, and Sing Sing is right up there as one of my favourites. Colman Domingo is a fuckin star, and his performance is very reminiscent of Morgan Freeman from the Shawshank Redemption. Sing Sing is a perfect and beautiful narrative of a group of convicts who bring each other up and try to inspire life into…

Take this review with a grain of salt as I was asleep for half of this film. From what I saw however, was a compelling narrative with some electric visuals, which is insane to me as the budget was so low for this film. Guy Pierce is fuckin brilliant and plays that demanding, unsettling dictator of an industrialist company. Adrian Brody’s performance is good, but not best actor of the oscars performance good. The runtime is long, but I only saw half soooo yeh, I would say I would need to rewatch but not going to sit for another 3hrs 30 with this one.

    Bow down to king Denis.

The greatest cinema experience I have had to this date.

Paul Atreides is our generations Luke Skywalker in terms of status.

It has everything you inspire and dream a film to have.

The most electrifying score a film has developed. The most insane and unimaginable shots that were taken by Denis.

How he upgraded and somehow made a film better than the original Dune, Denis has to go down as an all time great after this.

The cast is stacked, absolutely stacked.

If Schools made this movie educational, it would save so many kids from addiction.

The perfect depiction of how an addiction can ruin your life.

The film itself is haunting, with an eerie score and some of the most disturbing sequences amongst it.
