Marriage Story 2019
Based off the title I expected more romance than just the first 5 minutes, but it works well to really hammer in how sudden and lifchanging the events were for the characters.
And as a child of divorce I felt the tension all the way back to my trauma. Genuinely good performance by everyone to accurately represent the heightened emotions, stress, and betrayals that can and do happen when lawyers, a kid's future, and lost love are involved.
Long story short don't have kids.
