  The writing in this movie is absolutely phenomenal. Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin absolutely shined. Their performances were outstanding. I loved the way David envies and pities Benji at the same time. It showed the complexities of family dynamics and I can feel for both sides so much. 

  I also loved the way they were so polar opposite from each other, even physically. Benji’s scruffy, messy look by David’s put-togetherness and clean-shaven face is just another element of the story that makes it all that better.
