The producers just didn’t hold back on this one.
Totally maxed out in certain scenes, but great make up, sound track and effects.Enjoyable isn’t the word, but memorable certainly.
Would recommend for a once only viewing, but maybe not on Christmas Eve.

The Holdovers 2023
Definitely a modern classic. Had an old school vibe to it throughout, with some flawless performances. The script primarily concentrated on the development of a few key characters, each with personal challenges, but the script never drifted into sentimentality or took easy ‘emotional’ wins.
One of my new favourite films.
