  This is why I had to quit Uber Eats

  This makes a nice companion piece to Feels Good Man, also from 2020. Both are pieces on why the internet kinda is the worst and we all need to chill, one fictional and one real.

  It's good, but watching the most miserable person in the world for the first 45 minutes was very unpleasant. I felt like every other character in the movie, just entirely emotionally drained having to be around this person. Still it's quite good, and there's a lot to unpack in every single character.

  I love seeing the process of filmmaking, especially seeing the workarounds at lower budgets. This was super interesting. Crazy to think how far James Wan has come since this.

  I'm on a crazy amount of copium still turning up opening night for every one of these hoping that it's the one they finally turn things around on.

  I was liking this one, action was servicable, characters did the job, but then it just stopped??? It was like the movie paused with half an hour to go. They had a third act but lost it in the mail so just ended it after two. Not one character arc felt resolved…
