The idea of the film itself is good, but I don't think it was poorly explored and left SEVERAL gaps in the film, such as, did her father die? did Ryle die? what happened to the hand? was that spirit really her mother? These and several other questions were left unanswered in the film simply because they didn't give a clear ending to the story.
