i thought this was going in a completely different direction in the first two acts and i was like Alright ….this is really insufferable.
BUT THE THIRD ACT? I LOCKED IN
but really at first, i had so many issues with tyler’s character (both) and i thought it was extremely cheesy bc i thought he was meant to be perceived as aspirational or “different”?
but knowing the ending, looking back on their interactions and the things i was going to criticize the movie for completely make sense
