  i felt this movie was very symbolic of the Gabriel we all hold in ourselves. It's easy to get caught up and think that we are strongest at our meanest and cruelest. There is strength in kindness and love; and, it's our responsibility to put our Gabriel back inside while maintaining our power. Choosing good does not make us any weaker. Its easy to take the movie at face value and see it as an action thriller but it really does dig deep into the concepts of conscious and subconscious. Definitely needs a rewatch to capture the full nuance of the symbolism.
