  Andrew Divoff is the best part of this movie. In a vacuum this is bad. As a sequel it's worse. The first one had better effects, better kills, and better subversions of wishes. Some of the new ideas I liked, but others add more to what wasn't needed. New setting of the prison was fun, until it was an hour in and they were still there. New lore, why?
