What makes this movie is great is not only the cute animals, the amazing feat in animation and realism, but the ability of this movie to awaken our own projections of our own innocence towards animals. There is something very human in this film despite the real lack of any human presence... Captain America: Brave New World 2025
A lot of potential to be great. The parts where they were diving into a more procedural approach in storytelling teased a little bit of intrigue that reminded me of movies like The Conversation, and I found that really good. The aesthetics of this film again teased these influences, I loved the use of red and blue lighting in particular and this film grain that that reminded me a lot my favorite 70s crime films.
