So many parts aged poorly but it was still a fundamental part of my childhood ok. The two times I got rejected in middle school I gave them a double thumbs up like Rohit. Lots of iconic scenes in this movie. (Also, I keep forgetting about the romantic tension between Aman and Rohit so it’s like a surprise every time I watch this.)

Fight Club 1999
I put this on in the background to help with studying. Edward Norton’s monotone soliloquys + the music is a very soothing combination.

Transformers One 2024
I have rewatched this countless times, so it would be ridiculous to log it every time I did. I’m just putting this out here to confirm that this movie is still like an addictive drug to me. I have memorized most of the lines. I’d say “send help” or something, but nothing can be done to stop the obsession. Frankly, that’s ok with me.

Curious George: A Halloween Boo Fest 2013
I’m trying to see just how abstract my memory of the Curious George films can get. I close my eyes and I see a vast cosmos of seasonal gourds, with the occasional monkey noise echoing across the pumpkin kaleidoscope. Embedded deeper in my gray matter is the name “No Noggin.” Some kind of wraith, perhaps?
Wait. I got it. This movie is about identity, and what makes a person- or monkey. Think about it- Halloween is a time of becoming…
