A local beer team called the Phillis Stein’s who’s logo is an old lady is actually incredible, there’s so much classic Canadian humour here, throw away lines that sneak up on you- it’s much better than I expected considering the mostly negative reviews. I will say the urinal puck thing did make me wanna vom and there’s a lot more nudity than strictly necessary but as gross as some moments are all it felt fairly authentic to the small time hockey experience.
So yeah if you like Shoresy or mockumentary style comedy you should give this a shot.
