  The Devils wasn’t as “blasphemous” as it has been made out to be. Sure, if you hear about “the rape of Christ” scene or watch clips of this film out of context you will assume it is blasphemous, exploitative and shocking. However, if you allow yourself to let the film unfold those elements aren’t as shocking as they are made out to be.

  The Devils is about a singular lie that grew and festered until it’s poison leeched it’s way…
