Sure, the plot is outrageous, but I’m going to say it: I loved this movie. I cannot think of the last time I had this much fun watching a movie from start to finish, thanks in part to the endearing and relatable protagonist played by Jack Quaid. Not a single word was spoken the entire movie, and there didn't need to be. This is a beautiful story of loss, connection, and rebuilding—all told from the perspective of an unlikely group of animals, the standout being a brave, adventurous little black kitty. I was mesmerized from start to finish with the unique animation effects and brisk pace of the storyline. Whether you’re a cat lover like me, or a human being with a beating heart, I think you’ll have a hard time not falling in love with this movie.

I was hooked from the very beginning, and immediately loved the dynamics and banter between the characters. I went into this movie with no idea what to expect, but every twist and turn surprised me yet didn’t feel like it was thrown in as a “cheap thrill”. I also found the ending to be really satisfying, and I think it was a poetic conclusion to an otherwise complete and engaging story.
