I binge watched this and i was hooked. The way this show brings up sex, sexuality, family-oriented issues is something that is very rare to see. It has a rawness to it yet it's not uncomfortable to watch. Sex is a natural thing and the taboo that's been put on it is why shows like this is important imo. It's called streetdance..do people not understand the main plot will be about dance? Yes it's just another dance movie but come one if u look for that amazing and heavy plot why are u here??? And if u compare it to the step up movies ur not giving this movie a chance to shine for itself-even if the plot is similar. It's funny, light watch but still has an ok story. Imo it's not intended to be watched so seriously, it's not a movie that's gonna change the world like just have fun, and dance ofc!
