I think I had one giant initial misunderstanding with this show that frustrated me the entire time and ultimately prevented me from loving it the way everyone else does.
I thought Twin Peaks was a mystery show. And for a mystery show to be satisfactory one must have conceivably been able to have come to the conclusion of the main character at some point between the beginning and end of the mystery.
