Good conceptually, and Robert Pattinson does a phenomenal job. None of the good ideas have anywhere to go because too many of them are shoved into one 2 hour movie.

Really visually pleasing, lots of work was done to utilize the black and white stylings of the original while still feeling modern. Lots of eye candy scenes, would have loved to see more action in the castle.
I felt like the supernatural charm and power of the vampire was very well displayed; warping scenes and the timeline of certain shots around character’s altered perception. They also full sent and made the monster actually monstrous which I really appreciated.
