While a very flawed movie Sonic 3 is good and my personal favorite of the trilogy. Beavis and Butt-Head Do America 1996
This is one of the greatest movies I’ve ever seen. It’s not a masterpiece or anything but as someone who enjoys the show and this kind of humor it worked on every level for me. It’s pure nonsense all the way through and never tried to be anything that it isn’t. It’s genuinely hilarious and has any charm of a 2D animated movie based on a cartoon similar to the South Park movie and the SpongeBob movie. I highly recommend
