moira| two things... one, this movie made me feel no better than a man looking at some of these shots... but second, and more importantly, this is crazy how b movie but in a hollywood way it is. it feels like a b movie and very troma coded. i adore it!
nathan| fantastic movie, really does body horror right. almost like an actual horror version of death becomes her. wonderfully jarring and an amazing watch.
moira| weirdly i didn't understand the symbolism but, at the same time, i did. by the end, i felt melancholy.
nathan| fantastic as most ghibli movies. smooth animation and some actually startling sequences. I may not have understood all of the symbology but the message is extremely clear.
moira| there's nothing i can say about this movie that wouldn't be an understatement. it's a perfect comedy for me and i unironically love the soundtrack.
