Red One 2024
This movie would be infinitely better if The Rock wasn’t in it at all. It should’ve focused on the dynamic between the deadbeat morally bankrupt hacker dad played by Chris Evans and his relationship to his son. The only actually touching part of this film was seeing the son put on a tough guy facade and pretend to grown when in reality he’s just a kid who wants to be seen by his dad. I really wish that’s what this movie was about. I’m not at all exaggerating when I say Dwayne Johnson single-handedly ruined this film.
