  unironically moved by the final act! 
  - less dog-ness than the book which :( i wish they leaned into the absurdity & feral nature that the novel embraced 
  - so yes, the book was better but amy adam’s was just as fabulous as i expected, what a force!!!!! she absolutely carried and brought a much needed depth to a film that was a little too unsubtle 
  - that being said i love media about motherhood i truly fall for it everytime
  - some parts were weak/snoozey
  - men are nothing
