Beautiful and shocking and heartbreaking and so much more. I’m not usually a big fan of musicals, but this movie had a fantastic way of storytelling through the music. A beautiful and intricate story. I think this movie really highlights how incredibly innovative film making can be and the limitless creativity behind story telling. Never did I think I would watch a film that mixes themes of the drug cartel and the gender spectrum, and not to mention it’s a fucking musical. Great work, definitely recommend!
