  Started out promising, even if Rosamund Pike’s eyebrows are absurdly botched in that first courtroom scene. But otherwise held the potential for a smart sassy commentary on elder care. Which would have been so welcome and timely and necessary, this pandemic long-term-care-crisis year more than ever. 
  Dianne Wiest is incredible, her arrival in the story added even more promise. 
  But alas she is woefully underused here. and the movie quickly degenerated into a dumb thriller that wasn’t even that thrilling. 
  Missed opportunity.
