Entertaining! Vellani as Kamala (and, really, the entire Khan family) was fantastic. Solid team with Larson and Parris, too. Of course Samuel L. is Samuel L. Questionable plot, but the swap mechanic was fun.

You'll love it or you'll hate it. It's Heathers, it's Super Bad, it's Wet Hot American Summer, it's a little Booksmart. It makes stunning use of Bonnie Tyler and Avril Lavigne. It's caricature turned up to 10.9, and the only failure is that it doesn't quite commit to 11.

Also, Marshawn Lynch is a goddamn delight.

Yes, had to watch it again after seeing the source film. Yes, it's still fantastic.

Would probably have been a much better movie at about two-thirds the runtime. As-is: eh, it was fine. Pattinson actually did a pretty good job in the role.
