Action Bronson’s fascination with this movie led me to believe it was based on St John’s or Seton Hall; the UCLA dupe felt weird. Still absolutely rocked though

The Thin Red Line 1998
I think this movie has a great sense of location; a lot of the establishing geographic shots are awesome, but it kinda tries to hit you over the head with the philosophical troubles of war. I think it’s a little overdone but could see myself liking it more after a second watch
