Great season. Very funny. the physical state of Udo Kier’s character was a huge disturbance for me.
I’m okay with much of craziness of those strange movies. But I really get crazy when a person loses all their physical humanity.
Same as monster chet in weird science or wickus in district 9 or gregor samsa in the metamorphosis. That’s all immensely unsettling for myself.
And the simple fact that Lars made that really funny is much more crazier.

Always when you watch a horror movie, there’s that spooky soundtrack. But here it’s just a sad and beautiful music playing out.
One of the most effective dramas of the 70s. Everything is putted out perfectly by the dizzying editing. Roeg shows things without actually showing. Shots are intercepted by another happening of the future. It’s really tickling.
People should be talking more about the supernatural meaning of the movie, like what those ladies meant or whatever. We will never…

For sure one of the greatest films from 2022. A tremendous sad and beautiful film about the war between ego and friendship, followed by great actings(the best ones from this season award).
The screenplay by Martin McDonagh is like a play(not so strange coming from a play writer), but with a specific approach to filmmaking that is usually hard to see nowadays. A great example of this is the movie / limited series: O Auto da Compadecida.
