Let's simply talk movies.

“The second incorrect thing she said was that time heals all wounds. No. Maybe it can be a band-aid.”
I understand why some people don't like Wes Anderson movies, but I can't deny that they work for me. It's not something that I can necessarily explain, but it's not only in the visuals (which I adore) but I love how understated some of the emotional moments of his movies are. Don't get me wrong, I also enjoy big melodramas with…
“You don’t get to commit a sin and expect us to feel sorry for you because there are consequences.”
It's always been hard for me to put into words when a movie hits me this hard. It's taken me a couple days to even sit and write this but I 'm gonna try.

Okay that was intense! I mean the total runtime is around 110 min and I swear it felt longer but in the right way. From the get go Nolan thrusts us into the middle of the situation, right there with the British soldiers, who know to be surrounded by German forces, and are in dire need to escape.
The action sequences are great, raw, and in no way overly stylized. That’s what stood out to me the most about this…
