This film is relatively quiet with a somber story-telling pace which seems appropriate as it sheds light on the diabolically methodical Osage Nation murders.
Scorsese’s opener was endearing & his closing dialogue was especially moving — a true value-add.
The third act makes the long lead up required. A re-watch seems necessary to catch all the details. Oppenheimer is morally, politically, & existentially thought provoking in the scope of the life & inner-world of the individual human spanning to the connected workings of global humanity — especially when acts of fission are at play.
