  This film has no right being as good as it is. I fully expect this to just be a dumb B-Movie but my god I now have a new favourite film hero. Absolute peak.

  Also you can't tell me this film isn't now incredibly relevant given the current political climate the world finds itself in at the moment.

  The Imitation Game 2014

  I always - ALWAYS - say I don't care for War-Time Films. But every - EVERY - time I watch one I end up loving it.

  Benedict Cumberbatch, once again, delivers a stellar performance as the genius that was Alan Turing. His ability to really capture the essence of who Turing was as a person was done so perfectly.

  The plot had some great twists and revelations that did honestly take me by surprised, while also providing a truly emotional piece of storytelling.

  Also say what you want about the British Monarchy, you can't deny that wor Lizzie wasn't the best of the bunch

  What the f***.

  While I have many internal thoughts about this series that I won't talk about here - I will say that it is not at ALL what I expected.

  I wasn't entirely sure I was interested in watching this series, but like most people, we are worn down by our partners to watch (Also curiosity because I've seen the drama online), but I am glad I caved and started.
