  This movie is way funnier than I expected, for some reasons that I uniquely understand (not unique to everyone, but certainly to the average person). Michael Fassbender and Cate Blanchett give great performances, as do the supporting cast members. Count this among my Top 5 movies of 2025 (so far).

  The running directive given to the slave girls from their director in one question: “Can you do it sexier?” This can be applied to the following verbs: trip, fly, sleep, climb, struggle, fight, among others.

  This movie is bad. Its only redeeming quality is that it’s so bad that it’s hilarious. The prop/costume inconsistencies, the fight scenes, the logic… all hilarious.

  And the dialogue. Oh my gosh. One of the slave girls attempts to seduce an Android, AND IT WORKS.…
