"Ready for the mosh pit, shaka-brah!"
just because i enjoyed a movie doesn't mean it's good and vice versa
so uhhh,,, yeh :P
it did have pretty scenery, but also just a lot of unnecessary elements that distorted the movie for me.
There was lost potential as well in the themes it had and could have portrayed, and i couldn't really feel as much sympathy as probably intended for the main three, so the ending left me cold.
It also just kinda felt all over the place in general.
Soundtrack was nice but not sure it always fit.
don't touch me don't fucking talk to me don't even perceive me because i can NOT promise you i won't turn back into the mushy sobbing mess I've been for the past hour.
what an experience... this movie has a very specific vibe that i haven't rlly experienced before, it was consistent until the end!
I loved the end scene, and the after-credit hopeful shot.. ahhh 😭😭
i didn't know where the movie was going while watching but it didn't matter, the journey was more important than the destination. i do think i should rewatch sometime though, to catch up all that i didn't the first time round :)
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
