Blink Twice 2024
Not sure if this was her directorial debut but Zoë really did her thing with this. Channing gave a great performance as well. This film felt like Eye Wide Shut as I was convinced actual secrets were being revealed. We may not know for a long time some of the stories of Epstein Island, I think Blink Twice may have given us a little preview of secrets to come.

Rye Lane 2023
This was such a great rom-com from the black brit scene. The direction was amazing, I loved the shifts in perspectives and the risks that were taken. Vivian and Davids characters didn't initially strike me as the type who would have chemistry, but I was pleasantly surprised by how it built. It was a good simmer of budding cuteness that we don't see portrayed much anymore, it felt very natural and true to life. I love a good rom-com especially ones that makes you want to watch it again once it's over. Definitely a must watch💕
