  Really liked this as an origin story for Erik and Charles, it’s a great setup. But the role of the “kid mutant team” kinda pisses me off. Like why were they there? What was the point in recruiting a bunch of mutant kids at the time? Hank and Raven I get but the others were just unnecessary filler

  So much content potential in this, it felt kinda rushed here but really set up the X-men cinematic universe. Also some of the 2000 visual effects were quite comical lol

  Also added appreciation for the final fight on Liberty Island as I was just there last week and could spot some of the similarities/differences from 25 years ago
